§1

The bench

measured from the machine, not remembered

Hours are computed from session and commit timestamps on this computer. Any gap under thirty minutes counts as working, so waiting on a long run counts and a real break does not. Prompts and file contents never leave the machine, only project names and minutes.

§2

Research

seven threads · metric, sample size, spend

Each thread reports the number it earned, how many questions it was measured on, and what it cost. Negative results stay on the page. Each one opens its own write-up: the question, what I tried, and which attempts were wasted.

    Builds

toward one hundred · the gaps are on purpose

Things that run. Each tile links to its page: what it is, what it runs on, and where the source lives. The whole wall →

    Recall

yours · kept in this browser · graded against the source

Everything written here becomes a card. When a card is due, the source stays hidden until you write it from memory. The guide grades the recall against the author’s own sentence, then reschedules it: sooner if you missed, later if you had it. Your full queue →

    Office hours

Twenty-five minutes, no agenda needed. Pick a slot, or leave a voice note and I answer in voice, with a transcript for both of us.

    feedback, in voice

Recorded in your browser, and sent only when you press send. The reply comes in voice within two days. Nothing is published without your approval.

    §7

    Why

Research it, build it, share it, give the time back.

I measure things before I believe them, and I keep the measurements where anyone can check. I build systems so the work leaves the paper. I write it up from the ground up so someone else can skip the year I lost. And I give back the office hours someone once gave me.

With the blessings of Bhairava Baba and Hanuman ji.
