The day is still being written.
DAILY NOTE · FROM THE LOGS
a working lab · kept open · since june 2026
Every point above you is something I read, built, tested, or got wrong.

Before I open anything, what brings you here?
research · build · share · give back
Seven threads. Each reports its number, its sample size and what it cost.
Two slots a week, twenty-five minutes, students first.
Series, not a feed. Analogies first, numbers second.
Fifteen things that run, toward one hundred.

See the wallHours measured from the machine, not remembered.
The short version of the whole place.
Research it, build it, share it, give the time back.
Two courses, written to be kept: every chapter ends in one sentence of your own.
A claim, its evidence, a verdict. The rejected ones stay.
White papers, set like preprints. Every number cites its run.
Press / anywhere to ask. Tap the mic to speak. Every answer shows the page it came from.
from the lab
Answers come only from pages on this site. Every answer lists the pages it read.
Hours are computed from session and commit timestamps on this computer. Any gap under thirty minutes counts as working, so waiting on a long run counts and a real break does not. Prompts and file contents never leave the machine, only project names and minutes.
today, by project
Each thread reports the number it earned, how many questions it was measured on, and what it cost. Negative results stay on the page. Each one opens its own write-up: the question, what I tried, and which attempts were wasted.
Things that run. Each tile links to its page: what it is, what it runs on, and where the source lives. The whole wall →
Long-form, from the ground up, with analogies first and numbers second. All of it →
Everything written here becomes a card. When a card is due, the source stays hidden until you write it from memory. The guide grades the recall against the author’s own sentence, then reschedules it: sooner if you missed, later if you had it. Your full queue →

Twenty-five minutes, no agenda needed. Pick a slot, or leave a voice note and I answer in voice, with a transcript for both of us.

Research it, build it, share it, give the time back.
I measure things before I believe them, and I keep the measurements where anyone can check. I build systems so the work leaves the paper. I write it up from the ground up so someone else can skip the year I lost. And I give back the office hours someone once gave me.
With the blessings of Bhairava Baba and Hanuman ji.
